Через год после выпуска версии 1.0.4 вышла новая версия Equinox Desktop Environment 1.1. Эта DE, внешним видом напоминает интерфейс MS Windows 95. Наверняка найдутся такие windows-пользователи, которые переходя на Linux захотят себе привычную среду. Хотя, до оригинала Equinox Desktop Environment еще очень далеко.
